Vittoria Models is a Chicago-based private model and companion agency focused on discretion, professionalism, elegance, and personalized experiences.
All requests are reviewed individually and are subject to availability, approval, scheduling, and any additional requirements communicated directly by Vittoria Models.
- Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a booking request, casting application, private access request, or any other inquiry through Vittoria Models.
By submitting any form or contacting Vittoria Models, you confirm that you are legally an adult in your jurisdiction.
Vittoria Models reserves the right to request age or identity verification when appropriate.
- Booking Requests
Submitting a booking form, contact form, private access request, Telegram message, email, or other inquiry does not automatically create or confirm a booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only after Vittoria Models has reviewed the request and provided direct confirmation.
Availability may change at any time before confirmation.
Requests for a specific model are subject to that model’s availability. Vittoria Models cannot guarantee that a particular model will be available for every requested date, time, destination, or engagement.
- Information Required for Booking
Clients may be asked to provide information including, but not limited to:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- City or location
- Requested date and time
- Duration
- Experience preference
- Travel information when applicable
- Other relevant details necessary to coordinate the request
All information submitted must be accurate and truthful.
Vittoria Models reserves the right to decline requests containing incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or unverifiable information.
- Confirmation
A request is not confirmed until Vittoria Models communicates confirmation directly to the client.
Confirmation may include specific instructions regarding:
- Date and time
- Duration
- Location
- Model availability
- Deposit or payment requirements
- Travel arrangements
- Additional booking conditions
Clients are responsible for reviewing confirmation details carefully and notifying Vittoria Models promptly if any information is incorrect.
- Rates and Pricing
Rates may vary depending on the requested model, duration, date, location, travel requirements, experience type, and other circumstances.
Any rate communicated before confirmation is subject to availability and final approval.
Rates and booking details communicated privately are intended for the person making the request and may be subject to change before confirmation.
- Deposits
Certain bookings may require a deposit before they can be confirmed.
If a deposit is required, Vittoria Models will communicate the amount, payment method, and deadline directly to the client.
A booking requiring a deposit will not be considered fully confirmed until the required deposit has been received and acknowledged.
Clients should not send payment through any account, individual, or payment method that has not been provided or confirmed through an official Vittoria Models communication channel.
- Final Payments
Any outstanding balance must be paid according to the terms communicated when the booking is confirmed.
Failure to complete required payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Payment arrangements may vary depending on the specific engagement.
- Cancellations by the Client
If a client needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the client should notify Vittoria Models as soon as possible.
Cancellation terms may depend on:
- How much advance notice is provided
- Whether a deposit has already been paid
- Travel or accommodation expenses already incurred
- The specific terms communicated when the booking was confirmed
Deposits, reservation fees, travel costs, or other expenses may be non-refundable when they have already been used to secure availability or make arrangements for the booking.
Any applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated as part of the confirmation process.
- Rescheduling
Requests to change the date, time, duration, or location of a confirmed booking are subject to availability.
Vittoria Models will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee that the original model, date, rate, or conditions will remain available.
A new deposit or additional costs may apply if a change results in additional expenses.
- Late Arrivals
Clients are responsible for being available at the confirmed time.
If a client is late, the original ending time may remain unchanged.
Additional time is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Significant delays may result in cancellation if the engagement can no longer be reasonably accommodated.
- Travel Engagements
Travel requests are subject to additional review.
The client may be responsible for reasonable travel-related costs, which may include:
- Transportation
- Flights
- Hotel accommodations
- Ground transportation
- Baggage expenses
- Other necessary travel arrangements
Any travel requirements and expenses will be discussed before confirmation.
Travel bookings may require additional advance notice and payment arrangements.
- Hotels and Locations
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, appropriate, and lawful meeting location when applicable.
If a booking involves a hotel, private residence, event venue, or other location, Vittoria Models may request additional information before confirming the engagement.
Vittoria Models reserves the right to decline or discontinue any booking if the location creates safety, legal, or security concerns.
- Client Conduct
All interactions with Vittoria Models, its representatives, and models must remain respectful and professional.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, aggressive behavior, fraudulent conduct, unauthorized recording, unlawful activity, or any conduct that creates a safety concern will not be tolerated.
Vittoria Models or an individual model may end or decline an engagement at any time if safety, comfort, privacy, boundaries, or legal concerns arise.
Depending on the circumstances, payments already made may not be refundable when an engagement is terminated due to inappropriate conduct by the client.
- Safety and Boundaries
All parties are expected to respect personal boundaries and applicable laws.
No booking, payment, request, or confirmation gives any person the right to demand conduct that has not been mutually agreed upon or that violates another person’s boundaries.
Vittoria Models reserves the right to refuse any request that is considered unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, deceptive, or inconsistent with company standards.
- Privacy and Discretion
Vittoria Models values discretion and confidentiality.
Clients must respect the privacy of models and representatives.
Photos, videos, audio recordings, screenshots, private communications, identifying information, or other content involving Vittoria Models or its models may not be recorded, published, distributed, or shared without appropriate consent.
Personal information submitted through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances surrounding the booking and the terms communicated at confirmation.
Certain payments may be non-refundable, including payments used to secure availability, cover travel expenses, reserve accommodations, or compensate for late cancellations.
If Vittoria Models cancels a confirmed booking and no alternative arrangement is accepted, any refund eligibility will be evaluated according to the payment type and circumstances involved.
- Changes to a Booking
Requests to extend duration, change location, modify travel arrangements, or otherwise change a confirmed booking must be approved.
Additional time, services, transportation, or other changes may result in additional charges.
No modification is guaranteed until confirmed.
- Casting Applications
Submitting a Casting Application does not guarantee representation, employment, a contract, an interview, or acceptance by Vittoria Models.
All applications are reviewed individually.
Applicants must provide truthful and current information.
Vittoria Models may request recent photographs, additional information, identification, an interview, or other materials as part of the review process.
Vittoria Models reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
- Applicant Photos and Information
Photographs and information submitted as part of a casting application are provided for evaluation and communication purposes.
Applicants should only submit photographs and information they are authorized to share.
